The Bute Dock Hotel, has been noted as one of the oldest pubs in Cardiff and following Cardiff Bay’s Regeneration Project in the 1990’s the area quickly became one of Cardiff’s most desirable areas. Whilst most of the residents of Tiger Bay, relocated to Butetown, Cardiff Bay became a commercial district, consisting of offices, restaurants, bar as well as blocks of residential apartments.
Now the property is home to several local businesses who sought a need to be located in Cardiff Bay. The first floor consists of private offices, secured by a fully operational alarm and intercom system. With multiple single office spaces as well as communal office spaces which stretch over the two floors. The ground floor boasts a large and inviting office space, and next door, where the previous bar area used to be, has been restored to its former use. Now accommodating to the cosmopolitan lifestyle of residents, the once previous Bute Dock Hotel is now a café that sits in the heart of Cardiff Bay.
