Project Overview
With a very challenging brief of maximising this very small piece of land, our challenge was to work with the Architects and Contractor to plan a build that would sit visually well within the area and also offer as much accommodation that would be viable for the end user. Using only local suppliers, builders and products we managed to keep this build within budget and within time.
