Project Overview
This Grade ll listed building was fully restored to modern day serviced office and retail space whilst retaining and complimenting the features of the existing building.
Internally, the challenge was to make use of the existing structure whilst creating an efficient, vibrant and useable area.
The Bute Dock Hotel, the oldest Public House in Cardiff Bay.
The Location
The Bute Dock Hotel situated in Mount Stuart Square is dominated by The Coal Exchange. This area contains a high concentration of listed buildings, which represent a range of architectural styles and some of Cardiff’s finest examples of late 19th and early 20th Century commercial architecture.
