Project Overview

This derelict building which was formerly a public house used by the miners of the local coal mine was fully restored inside and out retaining all the original Victorian features.

The outbuildings were converted to a garage, utility room and log store with an acre of garden beautifully landscaped A borehole was required for the water supply which was linked to Artisan well. 

Willowford House formerly a Public House for coal miners was converted into a beautiful family home on the bank of the River Taff.

Gwaelod Y Garth is a village in the parish of Pentyrch set on a hillside a few miles from Cardiff.

It benefits for all the necessary local amenities and has very good access links to Cardiff making it a popular choice for commuters.
