Refurbishment and New Build of 37 luxury apartments with additional rear two storey upper extension housing Wales’s largest Duplex Penthouse.
Keen to expose and retain the magnificent original features within the listing status the original “boardroom” was also restored and enhanced to compliment its grandeur.
The mahogany panelling, black & white marble flooring, grand brass lantern and the central lift in the main entrance hall were also reignited continuing the traditional Neo Georgian feel throughout.
