Project Overview
An Historic Victorian building converted into two mews cottages and a further new build cottage linking to an existing terrace.
The challenge was to continue the look and feel of the original buildings, as well as retaining many original features along with modernising to a contemporary living and sustainable space.

Llandaff has always been one of the most desirable suburbs to live in Cardiff, located near to Bute park and the Pontcanna area.
Llandaff High Street is minutes’ walk away with a fantastic range of niche bars, Gastro pubs and convenience stores.
