Project Overview
The development site was formerly a row of garages which the developer gained planning consent for a purpose-built apartment block.
The teams agreed the best way to keep the street scene would be to design two 2 bedroom ground floor apartments and two,3 bedroom duplex apartments, all with private parking and gardens. This gave the finished view of a run of terraced properties.
The Location
The Cathays area, given its proximity to most of Cardiff University’s teaching sites and The University Hospital of Wales is a vibrant area “full of life” due to the 35,000 students that live in this district.
Letty Mews is perfectly placed close to all major bus routes, the train station and is a short walk away from City Centre.
