This project was an old workshop that was demolished in order to construct a new, contemporary building with a mixed use of retail, office and residential space.

Project Overview
A prominent corner plot in central Cardiff. This district locally is known as the ‘Golden Triangle’ which is the hub for student accommodation in Cardiff.
The building was pre let to a local Letting Agent together with accommodation for twenty two students.
The Location
The Cathays area, given its proximity to most of Cardiff University’s teaching sites and The University Hospital of Wales is a vibrant area “full of life” due to the 35,000 students that live in this district.
Mundy Place is perfectly placed close to all major bus routes, the train station and is a short walk away from City Centre.
