Project Overview
Richmond Apartments built in 2002 consists of six 4 bedroom apartments and two 2 bedroom apartments which was added to the Love Investments rental portfolio.
It benefited from a full refurbishment in 2016 which brought the asset to the same cosmetic standard as Richmond Square.
An acquisition of a purpose-built block of eight apartments which was refurbished to provide high quality volume student accommodation.
The Location
The Cathays area, given its proximity to most of Cardiff University’s teaching sites and The University Hospital of Wales is a vibrant area “full of life” due to the 35,000 students that live in this district.
