Project Overview
A Grade ll listed building that was extensively restored to create modern lifestyle living whilst retaining and complimenting the existing ornate bath stone façade and listing status.
The Challenge was to seamlessly connect the Victorian mansion to the 1960’s extension both externally and internally.

The Location
Pontcanna is an area of wide tree-lined streets and large Victorian villas. Known as one of Cardiff’s most affluent areas to live, it offers numerous Bistro style cafes, wine bars and independent retailers centred in and around Pontcanna Street and Cathedral Road.
The development is set between the bustling City centre and the central Pontcanna and Bute parklands.
