Designed by the famous Welsh architect Percy Thomas, it was in need of a phased refurbishment program.
Modernising an eight bedroom country house and its leisure facilities into a family home with a converted barn which provided residential serviced lets.

It has a truly rural landscape with a network of footpaths running through the woodland and alongside the Cadoxton river.
